Water monitoring and management is becoming essential for construction sites, with respect to achieving targets under the Considerate Constructors Scheme.
WPSCC has developed an extremely efficient water monitoring methodology for construction sites, which has a history of acceptance by many organisations. Results are represented graphically, as well as in a separate written report. Resulting calculations can be used by the developer / principal contractor for minimising water usage on site.
WPSCC can provide a wide of range of support, from offering advice to fully managing the water management plan for a site.
A water management plan is required for compliance with BREEAM Man 03 Construction Site Impacts Standard. This covers the monitoring, recording and reporting of energy, water and transport consumption data. Water management plans are also required under the Considerate Constructors Scheme.
Other plans which are required for BREEAM Man 03 and the Considerate Constructors Scheme include Carbon Monitoring Procedures, Responsible Sourcing of Site Timber, Environmental Management Systems, Green Travel Plans, Traffic Management Plans and Energy Management Plans. We also offer Considerate Constructors Scheme packages.
